There are probably thousands of great ways to make a photo album. Here are some of them, designed to awaken your flight of imagination.

Steps

Method 1 of 3: Notepad / Binder

  1. 1 Delete any notes or documents.
  2. 2 Cover the cover with the photo paper of your liking and choice.
  3. 3 Fill a notepad / binder with photo sheets with three punched holes.
  4. 4 Fill in the sheets with photographs.

Method 2 of 3: Packing cardboard

  1. 1 Cut two sheets of finished board, label board, or heavy board to the same size.
  2. 2 Cut two sheets of photomagnetic paper or just cardboard to the same dimensions as the cardboard "covers".
  3. 3 Fold all layers as you wish.
  4. 4 Punch a minimum of two holes along one side of the stacked layers to bond the layers together.
  5. 5 Pass a strong cord through the punched holes and tie them together.
  6. 6 Fill in the sheets with photographs.

Method 3 of 3: Batting

  1. 1 Get a paper or cloth-covered binder with three metal rings.
  2. 2 Glue a layer of quilted wadding to the outside of the binder. You can overlap the edges if you want, but this is not necessary.
  3. 3 Cut a piece of fabric to the size of the laptop cover plus 5 cm in each direction.
  4. 4 Open your notebook and place it batting side down on the wrong side of your fabric.
  5. 5 Wrap the edges of the fabric around the edge of the notebook and hot glue them to the inside of the notebook.
  6. 6 Cut a piece of heavyweight cardboard to fit the outer cover of your notebook.
  7. 7 Wrap the cardboard in the fabric, tucking the raw edges over the edge of the cardboard so that they are not visible.
  8. 8 Glue cardstock over the raw edges on the outside of the notebook to cover all the raw edges and leave only a smooth fabric with folded edges on the inside of the notebook.
  9. 9 Fill your notebook with pages of photos or album sheets.
