This wikiHow teaches you how to open the Download folder using an Android file manager application.

Steps

1. 

   Open file manager on Android. This app is usually in the app drawer and its name is File Manager, My Files or Files. The specific name depends on the device.
   • If in the app drawer you see the app Downloads good Download Manager then that is a shortcut to access the downloaded data on your device. You just need to tap on the app to see all the downloaded files.

   Choose your main memory. The memory name depends on the device, but usually is Internal Storage (Internal memory) or Mobile Storage (Phone memory).
   • If the file manager displays a folder name Download on the screen, tap to manage the download.

   Click Download. You will see a list of all the files that you have downloaded.
   • Click a file name in the list to open it.
   • If you want to delete a file, long-press on the file name, then click the trash can icon.
