1 Draw three circles. The two circles touch, but do not overlap. The third circle from the top above the two circles slightly overlaps them.

2 Draw a smooth triangle or mushroom-like shape that spans three circles and extends out to the sides.

3 Draw a small curved line at the top and another one around the bottom of the upper circle.

4 Draw two curves, forming a curve in the middle that extends to the left and right.

5 Add details. Trace the outline with a pen and erase unnecessary lines.

6 Color to your liking!

Method 2 of 2: Male Lips

1. 1 Draw two ovals; the smaller one should be on top.
2. 2 Draw two intersecting straight lines in the middle.
3. 3 Draw a diamond-like shape enclosing the ovals. Crossed lines should be the center of the shape.
4. 4 Draw two diagonal lines touching both ovals on the left and right. Draw a curve between the diagonal lines, concave upward.
5. 5 Add details to make the drawing look like lips.
6. 6 Draw the outline with a pen and erase unnecessary lines.
7. 7 Color to your liking!

Tips

• All lips are different: plump, thin, with a wide smile, or even toothless. It takes practice to learn to express so many aspects in a simple drawing, but if you repeat the process over and over, making small changes each time, you will understand what you need to do to achieve the desired effect.
• Sketch lightly with a pencil so you can easily erase mistakes.
• Men have thinner lips than women. If a woman has gloss on her lips, you can depict it by leaving small gaps in the drawing.
