Steps

1. 1 Think about the look of the car. Will it be an electric car? Sports? Think it over carefully. The car should be exactly the way you want it to be.
2. 2 Sketch a rough sketch of the car. Draw it from all sides. Top, side, front, back. If you don't like your sketch, then think of something else.
3. 3 Draw a car on paper. Use household items to depict wheels, such as a glass or lid. If you cannot find an item of the correct size, buy a cookware. You can even order it online, such as Amazon or E-Bay.
4. 4 Show your finished drawing to your friends. Perhaps you have the opportunity to buy a computer program and draw a car in 3D.
5. 5 If you work for a car company or just have a small business, try building your own car. Don't make it out of expensive materials if you can't afford it and make a profit.

Tips

• Before you finish your paper sketch, make sure you really want your car to look like this.
• Do this in your spare time and come back to design as soon as you have new ideas.

Warnings

• Do not copy other cars if you are going to make your own, as you could get sued or even go to jail.
