Do you want to have a seance to interact with the spirits, are you just craving a thrill, or want to scare your friends? Read on for basic instructions.

Steps

1. 1 Think about which spirit you would like to talk to. If you or a friend of yours finds such a creature after searching, you have a significant advantage.
2. 2 Once you have selected a prospective spirit, try speaking to him verbally. Ask out loud something like, “Can you hear us? Do you know that we are here? 4. 4 Turn the glass upside down and place it on the floor or other hard, flat surface next to you or your animate companions. Each person should lightly touch the bottom of the glass without much effort. If your spirit is present in the room and wants to talk to you, he or she can use your energy to move the glass in response to your questions, or make some kind of statement.
5. 5 Ask questions; This may take some time. If your spirit has never communicated in this way, he or she may not know how to properly use your energy. You will need to convince your spirit to do this or ask earnestly, for example, “Please, please, can you use our energy to move the glass? Could you give us a sign so we know you're here? We wish you no harm, we just want to talk to you and understand why you are here. " You will need a lot of patience in this case. Also, it is said that some spirits like to talk only with men, while others want to talk only with animate women. The author's recent experience showed that the spirit wanted to talk to a woman.
6. 6 If the glass starts to move, you've probably made contact. Some of your companions may be intimidated, which is perfectly normal, but you will need to work hard to stay calm and achieve your goal by establishing a communication process. Start with simple requests; the speaker may ask for a certain sign, for example, “If you want to say yes, please move the glass to the left; if you want to say no, then move it to the right. "Or, if you want to see a special activity of the spirit, then tell him "Please move the glass counterclockwise if you want to say yes, and clockwise if your answer is negative."
7. 7 After identifying the main types of positive and negative answers, ask the questions, starting with the basic ones: "Please move the glass to the left if you are a woman, and to the right if you are a man." In this case, something more unexpected may happen than what you asked for.

Tips

• For some, the spiritual presence can be problematic. Keep this in mind as you communicate with the spirit and offer your help.
• Be patient and behave appropriately.
• Video recording can be helpful. You can then review what happened and draw conclusions.
• Ask the spirit if he is pleased with your presence and if he wants to "chat".
• You can summon your spirit again to get more detailed answers to your questions.
• Keep calm.
• Before ending the session, all of you should say, "Our fellowship has come to an end, rest in peace." This must be repeated three times before each of you lets go of your hands.
• Make sure you are dealing with a "good" spirit and try to avoid demonic presence.
• You may notice a dramatic 5-20 degree change in temperature (this is a great sign).
• Have fun and remember that you are talking to a dead person, which is fine, because you too will die someday.
• A recorder will come in handy. It will record voices and sounds of spirits that we cannot hear.
• When the conversation has begun, check to see if you and your friends have gained trust. Tap the glass with your fingers. If the spirit is indeed present, the glass will move slowly after you release it. Then touch it again.
• Perform all actions in the dark.

Warnings

• If the spirit speaks of someone or something as a portal, stop communicating. Portals are the ways spirits use to get into our world, the world of living beings. Just know that something very strange will happen if the communication continues.
• Try to avoid demonic presence. It doesn't hurt to pray before you end your session.
• Your friends can joke and move the glass on purpose, as indicated earlier.
