To cook Asian-style meat, you need to prepare a hot sauce for the meat first. By using classic ingredients like sesame oil and soy sauce, you can create a delicious and unique flavor.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp dry sherry
- 1/2 tspcorn starch
- 1/2 tsp Sahara
- 2 tsp garlic chili sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Steps

1 Pour all ingredients into a medium bowl.

Tips
- Store the sauce in the refrigerator for up to four days. Be sure to close the jar with the lid when placing the sauce in the refrigerator.
- You can add spices such as a pinch of salt and black pepper. Don't use too many spices, however, as most of the flavor will come from the cooked meat combined with the sauce.
- It is not necessary to adhere to the proportions of ingredients indicated in this article. Try experimenting with different amounts of soy sauce, sherry, garlic chili sauce, and sesame oil; every time you get a unique taste.
