Method 2 of 2: Creamy Cocoa Cream
1 Place the butter in a bowl. Whisk it until airy, using a wooden spoon.
2 Add powdered sugar, sugar and cocoa powder. Mix well.
3 Add a few drops of cognac, rum, or fruit juice. Mix everything well.
4 Using a butter knife, spread the cream on the bottom of the cake. Spread the cream evenly over the center and around the edges. Place the top layer of the cake on the bottom layer.
Tips
- You can also use this cream as a frosting.
- It is recommended to sift the icing sugar before use.
