Content

This is a recipe for a very tasty, simple and healthy omelet with mushrooms.

Ingredients

  • 2 or 3 eggs for a large omelet try 2 whole eggs and 1 more egg white.
  • 3-4 champignons.
  • Salt, pepper, sugar, oil.
  • Spanish bow (optional)
  • Cheese (optional)
  • Milk (optional)

Steps

  1. 1 Rinse the mushrooms lightly and cut off the stems.
  2. 2 Cut the mushrooms into wedges, lightly blot them, then pat dry.
  3. 3 Beat the eggs until a bubbly and well-blended mixture is obtained. Add a pinch of salt, pepper, milk and grated cheese.
  4. 4 Heat a frying pan with 1 teaspoon of olive or vegetable oil until it is smoky, add the mushrooms and fry the mixture with salt, pepper and sugar for about 1 minute. Wait for the mushrooms to turn brown and sap.
  5. 5 Remove the mushrooms from the pan and place in a separate bowl.
  6. 6 Add oil to a preheated skillet and twist to coat the bottom. Pour the eggs into it and leave alone until the bottom rim is baked and the top rim is partially moist. Be careful not to burn your eggs.
  7. 7 Scatter cooked mushrooms on top of the eggs and remove from heat. Fold the eggs in half.
  8. 8 Place the skillet back on the burner and turn the omelet over.
  9. 9 Place it on a plate and serve with a slice of tomato if desired.
  10. 10 Ready.

Tips

  • If you ruined the omelet, then just combine the eggs and mushrooms.
  • It is best to cook this omelet on a very hot burner.

Warnings

  • When heating the pan, make sure it is clean and dry, as adding oil to a damp surface will create bubbles that can suddenly shoot into your face.
  • Make sure to use champignons and not the toxic types of mushrooms that are similar to them.
  • Be careful when working with the stove: you can easily burn yourself. If you are a child, ask your parents for help in this matter.
