In this article, we'll show you how to use Bluetooth to connect wireless headphones to your iPhone or iPad.
Steps
1 Launch the Settings app on your iPhone / iPad. To do this, on the home screen, find the icon
and touch it.
2 Click on Bluetooth. The Bluetooth options will open.
3 Move the slider near Bluetooth into position
. This will turn on Bluetooth and can use it to discover and connect wireless devices to your iPhone / iPad.
4 Turn on your wireless headphones. Put them in discovery or pairing mode. In this case, they will be displayed in the Bluetooth menu on the iPhone / iPad.
- The headphones are turned on with a button or switch. If you do not know how to turn on the headphones, read the instructions for them.
5 Select headphones from the Bluetooth menu. As soon as you touch the headphones in this menu, they will connect to the iPhone / iPad.
- If this is your first time connecting wireless headphones to your iPhone / iPad, they will appear in the Other Devices section of the Bluetooth menu.Otherwise, look for them in the "My Devices" section.
Tips
- If you are prompted to enter a security code when connecting the headphones, look for it in the instructions for the headphones.
