1 Turn it off. If your cell phone is still functional, turn it off, then turn it on with the power button.

• If your cell phone is completely frozen, proceed to the next step.

2 Remove the back cover and take out the battery. No need to take out a SIM card or memory card.

3 Hold the power button for 5 to 10 seconds. This will drain the remaining battery power.

4 Install the battery and then close the cover.

5 Switch on your phone.

Tips

• If your mobile phone battery is non-removable, wait until the battery is depleted. Then charge your phone and it should return to normal.
• Samsung Galaxy phone freeze? Turn it off for 15 seconds and then turn it back on.
• If you have an Apple iPhone, press the button on the top and the home button at the same time.This should bring the phone back to normal.
