This article will show you how to share files on WeChat via Android file manager.

Steps

1. 1 Start Android File Manager. Most Android devices have a file manager preinstalled. Look for it in the app drawer.Typically, it should be called File Manager, Files, or My Files.
   • If you don't have a file manager on your phone, read this article to learn how to install it.
2. 2 Navigate to the file you want to share. You may have to flip through several folders to find it.
   • If you can't find the file, tap the Search bar or the magnifying glass icon, and then enter a file name.
3. 3 Touch and hold the file you want to share to display a drop-down menu.
4. 4 Tap or share buttons. A list of applications will appear.
5. 5 Tap WeChat. Scroll down the list until you find it.
6. 6 Tap the name of the person who should receive the file. If you can't find the person you want to share the file with, enter their name in the search field, and then select them from the search results.
7. 7 Enter your message. The recipient will see this message when they receive the file.
8. 8 Tap Share. The file will be uploaded to WeChat and delivered to the specified recipient in a few seconds.
