This article will show you how to find and recover deleted apps on iPhone via the App Store.
Steps
1 Launch the App Store
. Click on the icon in the form of a stylized letter "A" on a blue background, which is usually found on the main screen.
2 Tap the sign in button or your photo at the top of the screen. It's to the right of the Today heading and will take you to your profile.
3 Click Shopping. This option is below your profile photo and above your subscriptions.
- If you're using family sharing, tap My Purchases or the name of the family member who bought the app you want to download.
4 Tap Not On This iPhone. You will find this option on the right side of the screen, opposite the “All” option. A list of apps you purchased that are not on your iPhone will be displayed.
5 Click the cloud-shaped icon next to the app you want to restore. This application will be downloaded to your iPhone again.
- If you do not see the desired application in the list, use the "Search" line at the top of the page, right above the list of applications.
Tips
- If your data is stored in iCloud, the deleted app data will be recovered as well.
Warnings
- Sign in with the Apple ID that you bought the apps with.
