There are many different photo sharing sites on the Internet, we will talk about one of the most popular sites among them: Instagram. It is quite easy to use and therefore popular. You can upload and comment on photos on it. We will tell you how this is done.

Method 1 of 3: Part 1: How to annotate photos

1. 1 Open Instagram. Log in to your page. The news feed will open.
2. 2 Go to the page with the photo where you want to leave a comment. Click on the photo to open it.
3. 3 Click on the Comment button, it is located under the photo, next to the Like button. A text box will open.
4. 4 Enter your comment. Click Send. Ready!

Method 2 of 3: Part 2: How to Delete Comments

1. 1 Find the photo where you left a comment. You can only delete your comments on other people's photos, you can delete all comments on your photos.
2. 2 On the touchscreen (on the screen), swipe left with your finger. A trash can icon will appear to the right of the comment. Click on it.
3. 3 If the comment was rude or obscene, you can report it to the site administration. There is such an option in the delete comment menu. Select the option you want and click on it. All is ready!
   • The Delete button only appears on your comments.

Method 3 of 3: Part 3: How to Use Instagram

1. 1 Log in to your Instagram page. This can also be done on a computer. You will be able to add comments, delete them, etc.
2. 2 Leave a comment on the photo. Find the photo you want to comment on. For example, a photo on your news feed or one of your photos. The Comment or Leave a comment button appears below the photo. If not, open the photo by clicking on it.
3. 3 Delete the comment. Open the photo.
   • Hover over the comment you want to delete. A small X will appear.
   • Click on the small “X”. An options menu will appear, select Delete.

Tips

• You can mention a user in a comment by typing @Username and entering the username after the doggy.
• If you are constantly receiving spam, remove this person from your friends or followers list.
• Sometimes it is not possible to delete a comment. Then you need to leave your page, clear the cache and try again.
• To open another user's Instagram profile, enter their username instead of yours in the address bar. Or click on the link with his login.
• Report the user if he constantly insults you or sends spam.
• You cannot edit the description of the photo, you need to add a new one.

Warnings

• There is no need to complain about users if they do not break the rules and do not spam.
• Do not insult other users or send them spam. Your page may be removed.
