This article will show you how to make free phone calls using your internet connection and computer. There is one way to make free calls over the Internet.

Steps

1. 1 Make sure you have a working microphone. Most laptops already have a built-in microphone and webcam.
2. 2 You must have a Google or Gmail email account for short. In case you do not know how to register, just go to http://www.google.com/ and click on the "Login" button in the upper right corner. Fill in all the required information and create your account.
3. 3 If you are not already signed in to your Gmail account, please do so now.
4. 4 If you haven't already navigated to the Google email section, then go to the top menu bar and select Gmail.
5. 5 At the bottom left, you should see a small chat box that has a video chat button that looks like a video camera and a phone call button looks like a phone. Click on the phone icon.
6. 6 At this stage, you should have the "google voice and video" plugin installed, if the plugin is not there, you will receive a notification about it. You will be prompted to install the plugin. After installing the plugin, you will need to restart your browser.
7. 7 You can now make free phone calls from your Gmail account. Enter a phone number using the onscreen keyboard or use your keyboard.

• If you intend to make frequent calls via the Internet, then for better communication, we recommend purchasing a separate headset microphone. A good headset costs about 1,000 rubles.
