Although iTunes no longer offers free songs, you can still enjoy free music from a variety of sources. Nowadays, there are many online music services that allow you to comfortably enjoy songs without paying any extra fee.

Method 1 of 6: Listen to music online using popular apps

   the triangle appears to the left of the song title in a song album to play music using the Freegal application.
3. Touch ⋮ next to the song to open the selection list for that song.
4. Choose Download (Download). This will download the song for you to listen to offline. You can find downloaded songs by touching the card My Music (My Music) at the bottom of the screen, then select a card Songs (Songs) at the top.
   • Some libraries have a limit on the number of songs you can listen to and / or download. Please contact the library for more details.

Method 6 of 6: Use the Free Music Archive

1. Download the Free Music Archive app. Follow the instructions below to download the Free Music Archive from the App Store.
   • Open the App Store.
   • Touch the card Search (Search).
   • Type "FMA" into the search bar.
   • Choose GET (Receive) next to FMA (Free Music Archive).
2. Open the Free Music Archive (FMA) app. You can open FMA by touching OPEN next to the app's icon in the App Store, or tap the icon on the home screen. It's an orange icon that says "Free Music Archive".
3. Choose Explore (Explore) in the upper right corner of the FMA app to open the drop-down menu under the "Explore" button.
4. Choose Genres (Category). That is the first option in the selection list so you can see the list of genres.
   • If you know an artist or a certain song on the Free Music Archive, you can touch Tracks (Songs) in the selection list and find artist or song by name.
5. Touch the music category. The Free Music Archive app has a wide variety of music genres, including Blues, Classic, Country, Hip-Hop, Jazz, Pop, Rock, and Soul-RnB.
6. Choose a sub category. Lots of music genres have a few extra genres. Rock, for example, also includes genres like Garage, Goth, Industrial, Metal, Progressive, Punk, and more.
7. Touch a song. This displays a selection list that allows you to play music or add songs to the list.
8. Choose Play to play music on the Free Archive Player application.
9. Choose Close (Closed). This will close the playlist and bring up the main screen with a picture of the current song and the navigation toolbar below. You probably won't find many popular artists on Free Music Archives, but there are still many free genres and songs suitable for many. advertisement
