This wikiHow teaches you how to copy contacts from Gmail account to iPhone contacts. You can sign in to your Gmail account if it's not already on your iPhone, or sync your existing Gmail account contacts to your phone.

Method 1 of 2: Add Gmail account to Contacts

Advice

• If you have trouble syncing contacts, sign in to your Gmail account on the desktop. You may need to confirm the "Unusual sign-in location" warning before you can continue to sync contacts.

Warning

• When you add a Google account to Contacts, your Gmail calendar and mail items are also added to your iPhone. If you do not want to synchronize these items, click the green button next to the option Mail and Calendar in your Gmail account settings to switch the switch to the "Off" position (left).
