This wikiHow teaches you how to archive to hide orders on Amazon. The archive operation removes the order from the default order history. You can only store Amazon orders when using the full desktop version of the website.

Steps

  1. Access https://www.amazon.com using a web browser. Open your favorite web browser and enter https://www.amazon.com in the address bar.
    • If you haven't signed in automatically, you need to click Sign in (Sign in) and proceed to enter the email address and password associated with your Amazon account.

  2. Click Account & Lists (Accounts & lists). This option is below the magnifying glass icon on the right.
  3. Click Your Orders (Your order). This option is on the left side of the page, next to the Amazon package icon.

  4. Find the order you want to store. Scroll down on the page to find the order you want to hide. You can click the drop-down menu at the top to choose a different timeframe, or click on the number at the bottom of the page if you want to see previous orders.
  5. Click Archive Order (Order storage). This yellow button is on the bottom right of the order you want to hide. A window will pop up.

  6. Click Archive Order To confirm. This option is in the lower right corner of the pop-up window.
    • To view archived orders, click Account & Lists > Your Account (Your Account)> Archived orders (Stored order). You will need to re-enter your password to view this list.
