This wikiHow article shows you how to add mod (edit) to your Minecraft PE world on your Android / iPhone tablet or smartphone. Keep in mind that due to both software and hardware limitations, the mods available for Minecraft PE usually aren't as impressive as the PC version.

Steps

Method 1 of 2: On an iPhone

1. 

   App Store, then do the following:
   • Touch Search (Search)
   • Tap the search bar located at the top of the screen.
   • Type mcpe addons into the search bar.
   • Touch Search
   • Touch GET (download) on the right side of the application "MCPE Addons - Add-Ons for Minecraft".
   • Enter your password or Touch ID when prompted.

   Google Play Store, then do the following:
   • Touch the search bar.
   • Type inner core to enter
   • Touch Inner Core - Minecraft PE Modes in the results appear.
   • Touch INSTALL (Setting)
   • Touch ACCEPT (Accept)

   Open Inner Core. After the application has been downloaded successfully, tap OPEN in the Google Play Store, or tap the Inner Core app icon. A Minecraft version will open.

   Touch Mod Browser. This button is in the lower right of the Minecraft menu. You will see a list of available mods.

   Browse the available mod. Scroll down to see the page containing tons of mods, or tap next >> (arrow button) in the upper right corner of the scroll view mod to see the next page.

   Select a mod. After finding out a mod that looks interesting, tap to open the page of that mod.
   • It's a pity that many mods only have a description written in Russian, so you may have to try playing the mod before deciding whether to keep it.

   Touch Install. This is the link located in the middle of the mod's window.

   Touch Yes when asked. After touching, the mod will start to be installed.

    Wait for the mod to install. Depending on the mod and your Internet connection, this may take anywhere from a few seconds to a few minutes.

    Close and reopen Inner Core. After completing the mod installation, you will be asked if you want to reopen the Inner Core to load the complete mod.

    Create a new world. After Minecraft has finished loading, tap Play, touch Create New, touch Create New World, then touch again Play. Your mod will automatically be applied to the current world.
    • You can remove the mod from the menu item Inner Core in the main Minecraft PE screen by tapping the gear icon on the right side of the mod and tapping the option Delete (Erase).

Advice

• Some mods add custom buildings to your Minecraft world, while others can dramatically change the world or the whole game by adding new things (such as guns or vehicles. move) which does not exist in the game.

Warning

• When using Inner Core for Android, your app load time will fluctuate depending on the number of mods installed.
• The downloadable mods for Minecraft PE games are usually not as impressive as the PC version.
