1. 

   Right-click My Computer and select Manage.

   Select Local Users and Groups.

3. 

   Double-click the Users folder. You will see a list of users pop up in the right pane.

   Right-click on a user and select Set Password.

   Click Proceed.

   Enter the new password and confirm. Click OK.
