Cut the zucchini into bars. Each zucchini stick should be about 7.5 cm long and 1.5 cm wide like a potato chip.
Use a cheese scraper to scrape the zucchini. There is no need to peel the zucchini before scraping.
Mix the egg and flour mixture together.
Advice
- Because zucchini skin is soft, there is no need to peel it before processing it.
- Zucchini can be eaten as a side dish, added to salads or pasta as the main dish.
- Try making sautéed zucchini with a variety of herbs, spices and sauces.
- When choosing zucchini from a grocery store or farmer's market, choose one that is bright green and no more than 25-30 cm long.
Warning
- Use gloves to remove the baking pan from a hot oven. Be sure to turn off the oven or stove after cooking is finished.
