If you've ever played the game Kingdom Hearts 2, chances are you know the sea salt ice cream that Axel, Roxas and Xion eat. Would you like to taste it too? Fortunately, you can, if you follow these directions!

Ingredients

• 2 eggs
• 500 ml of milk
• 65 grams of sugar
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla
• 250 ml of whipped cream
• Sea salt (not regular salt)
• Blue and green food coloring

To step

1. Separate the eggs. Put the yolks in a bowl and the egg whites in another bowl.
2. Beat the egg whites until stiff.
3. Add sugar to the egg yolks and mix well.
4. Pour milk into a saucepan and bring it to a boil over medium heat. Stir every now and then.
5. Pour the milk into the egg yolk and sugar mixture and stir well.
6. Return it to the pan and let it thicken so that it becomes custard.
7. Pour it into the beaten egg whites and mix well.
8. Now, very importantly, add the sea salt. Provide the right balance of sweet and salty. Don't add too much salt, or you could get sick.
9. Put it in the fridge to cool. Play Kingdom of Hearts 2 while you wait!
10. When the mixture has cooled, add whipped cream and vanilla.
11. Add 12 drops of blue and 3 drops of green food coloring.
12. Pour it into ice molds and put it in the freezer, or follow the instructions that came with your ice cream maker. Enjoy your sea salt ice cream. Just don't climb a high tower to eat it!

Warnings

• Don't force your friends to be Xion, Roxas and Axel so that they climb a high tower to eat ice cream.
• Be careful with the stove.
