  1. Go to the website of OBS. Use the link or type "obsproject.com" in the URL bar of your browser.

  1. Go to a video streaming website. In your web browser, go to a website with video streams, such as YouTube.com.
  2. Search for a video. Type the title or description of a video in the search bar at the top of the website.
  3. Click on a video to select it.
  4. Copy the URL of the video. You do this by clicking on the URL bar at the top of your browser, clicking edit in the menu bar, and then clicking Select all. Then click again edit, and then on To copy.
  5. Go to KeepVid.com. Type "keepvid.com" in the URL bar of your browser and press ⏎ Return.
  6. Click on the link field. This is at the top of the browser window.
  7. Click Edit in the menu bar at the top of the screen.
  8. Click on Paste. You now paste the YouTube link in the link field.
  9. Click on Download. This is the blue button to the right of the link you just entered.
  10. Select the video quality. You will see a list of available resolutions for the video. Click on the resolution you want for your video.
    • The "pro" quality is only available for a fee.
  11. Click on the newly opened tab or window. The video will start downloading in a new tab or window. Once the video is downloaded, you can watch it whenever you want, even without an internet connection.

Method 3 of 3: Download videos with Savefrom.net

  1. Go to a video streaming website. In your web browser, go to a website with video streams, such as YouTube.com.
  2. Search for a video. Type the title or description of a video in the search bar at the top of the website.
  3. Click on a video to select it.
  4. Copy the URL of the video. You do this by clicking on the URL bar at the top of your browser, clicking edit in the menu bar, and then clicking Select all. Then click again edit, and then on To copy.
  5. Go to SaveFrom.net. Type "savefrom.net" in the URL bar of your browser and press ⏎ Return.
  6. Click on the link field. This is just below the Savefrom.net logo in the browser window.
  7. Click Edit in the menu bar at the top of the screen.
  8. Click on Paste. You now paste the YouTube link in the link field.
  9. Click>. This is the blue button to the right of the link you just entered.
  10. click on download video in browser. This button is located in the bottom right corner of the window.
  11. Select the video quality. Click on the text to the right of the green "Download" button that appears below the completed link. You will now open a menu with available video formats and qualities. Click on an option to select it.
  12. Click on Download. You will now see a dialog where you can name the file.
  13. Select a storage location.
