To step

Method 1 of 3: Make lollipops

  1. Prepare your molds. Spray them with nonstick cooking spray or a little oil so that you can get the lollipops out of the shape better without breaking them. Put the sticks in the molds.
    • This recipe works great with any kind of hard candy mold. You can use drop shapes, stars, hearts, or whatever you like.
    • Make sure you use candy molds and no other types of molds, because candy molds ensure that it does not stick.
  2. Spoon the mixture into the lollipop molds.
  3. Let the lollipops harden well before removing them from the molds.

Method 2 of 3: Make candy sugar sticks

  1. Grease a baking pan measuring approximately 40 x 25 x 3 cm with butter. If you don't have this size baking pan, you can use another wide, shallow tin.
  2. Remove the mixture from the heat.
  3. Pour it into the baking pan.
  4. Let it cool for 5 minutes.
  5. Let the toffee cool completely.
  6. Break the toffee into pieces along the lines.
