Internet access is usually included with modern cell phones. It doesn't have to be difficult to buy a cell phone that does not have Internet access. However, if you cannot buy a mobile phone without internet access, you can always disable internet access by changing the settings of your phone. Before buying a cell phone, ask the seller for a guarantee that the phone does not have Internet access.

1. Check out older phones. Older telephones often have less functionalities than new telephones. The best place to start your search for a cell phone without Internet access is to look for one made 10 years ago or earlier.

3. Turn off your internet access. To disable internet access for system updates, apps and browsers, you must disable the APN settings of the internet service provider on the phone.
