1 Make sure your tortilla is large enough to hold all the ingredients. A good rule of thumb is to take a burrito that is at least twice the size of its contents. - Place the tortilla under a large panini press on medium power for 20-30 seconds.
- Place the tortilla on a plate in the microwave for 30 seconds at highest setting.
- Preheat the burrito with a double boiler.

- Beans (black, refried, pinto, etc.)
- Rice (white, brown or "Spanish")
- Meat (Karn Asada, chicken, etc.)

- Don't pull too hard on the edges of the tortilla when you place them in the center. This way you can tear it up, and then everything will fall out even before you start eating it.

Method 2 of 2: Roll up a small burrito
1 Add moisture to the tortilla. Again, this step is very important. You can microwave it, steam it, or put it in a panini press to get the moisture you need. Choose what suits you best.
2 Carefully add all the ingredients to the burrito in the very center of the tortilla without overdoing it. Place fewer ingredients in the center of the tortilla.
3 Fold the left and right sides of the tortilla towards the center. Either the edges will meet, or the filler will tell you when you need to stop.
4 Take the bottom of the tortilla and tuck it under the contents of the burrito. This is similar to the same movement of wrapping a large burrito.
5 Continue wrapping the tortilla until you have a cylinder shape. You have successfully wrapped your little burrito.
6 Wrap the burrito in foil. This will keep the burrito warm; will become even more compact; and it will be easier for a person who will eat burrito due to the fact that he will keep in shape.
Tips
- Don't overfill the burrito. This is where most people get into trouble when they start wrapping burritos. There is limited space on your tortilla, that's a fact. Once you understand this, you should be able to wrap the burrito properly.
