This article will show you how to remove an additional phone number from your Apple ID account on iPhone.

Steps

1. 1 Launch the Settings app on the iPhone. Click the gray gear icon on the Home screen or Dock.
   • This icon might be in the Utilities folder.
2. 2 Scroll down and tap iCloud. This option is in the fourth group of options.
3. 3 Click on your Apple ID email address. You will find it at the top of the screen.
4. 4 Log in to your Apple ID (if needed).
5. 5 Tap Contact Information. This is the first option under an Apple ID.
6. 6 Tap the phone number you want to delete.
7. 7 Click Remove Phone Number.
   • Note: You cannot delete the phone number marked with the word "Primary" because it is the only phone number associated with your account.
8. 8 Click Remove. From now on, other people will not be able to use this phone number to contact you via FaceTime, iMessage, and iCloud Sharing.
