If you are a shy girl and are surrounded by annoying brothers, sisters, neighbors, or other people, and you don't want them to see your very personal belongings, read on. Here are some tips on how to hide your period supplies from prying eyes.

Steps

1. 1 Find an opaque box (through which the contents will not be visible). You can use plastic or cardboard.
2. 2 Find products that are packaged in such a way that it is not clear what is inside.
3. 3 Stash your belongings. For example, in the back of the closet, under the bed, in the back of the nightstand drawer, or any other place of your choice.
4. 4 Don't let siblings or roommates rummage through your belongings. They will most likely find tampons and pads. If they need anything from your room, tell them to give it yourself later.

Tips

• If you want to slip into the bathroom with a tampon or pad, place it in your bra or under the tongue of your shoe.
• If this is your first period, tell your mom or a woman you trust. She will help you.
• Place these items on a high shelf that your siblings can't reach.

Warnings

• Never store tampons in the bathroom. They will increase due to the steam from the bath or shower.
