1 Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Place the baking rack in the center of the oven.
2 Rinse thawed crab legs.
3 Use kitchen scissors to cut the crab legs. Cut them to length so guests can use the seafood forks to reach the meat.
4 Place the crab legs on a large baking sheet.
5 Brush your feet with melted butter or olive oil.
6 Pour lemon juice over them. Season with salt and pepper and add any other spices of your choice.
7 Place them in the oven for about 8-9 minutes.
8 Remove and serve immediately. You can serve them with lemon wedges and ghee, but since you've seasoned them before, this isn't necessary.
