Learn how to cancel your Audible (iPhone or iPad) subscription in this article. While there is no option in the app itself to do this, membership can be canceled by opening the desktop version of the site in Safari.

Steps

1. 1 Launch Safari on your iPhone or iPad. This is a white-red-blue compass icon that can usually be found on one of the desktops or in the Dock.
2. 2 Enter www.audible.com/account-details into the address bar and tap Forward. You will be taken to the Audible site login screen.
3. 3 Tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen.
4. 4 Swipe left on the bottom row of gray icons. Keep scrolling until you find the "Request Desktop Site" option.
5. 5 Tap Request Desktop Site (Desktop website request). It is an icon in the form of a monitor screen almost at the end of the row. When the login page refreshes, you will be in the desktop version.
   • Since the content of the page will be reduced in the desktop version, you will have to zoom in to distinguish all the options. To do this, place two fingers on the screen and then spread them apart.
   • Pinch your fingers together to zoom out.
6. 6 Enter your credentials and tap Sign In (To come in). You will be taken to your account page.
7. 7 Scroll down and tap Cancel membership (Mark subscription) under the subscription information.
8. 8 Follow the onscreen instructions to cancel your subscription. When your subscription is canceled, you will receive a confirmation email. All the books you purchased will remain in the application through which you can listen to them.
