Often, such forums have entire sections dedicated to finding fellow travelers, where you can find a company of your interests.

These two resources are the most popular, but their effectiveness is practically zero. The services are old, but finding someone who will actually travel with you is almost impossible: you must be very lucky for that. Most often, people find quickly and just as quickly disappear, and the ad is lost in search the very next day.
