This article will show you how to change the language in the Instagram app.

Steps

1. 1 Launch the Instagram app. Its icon looks like a camera on a colorful background.
2. 2 Go to the Profile tab. It is located in the lower right corner of the screen and is indicated by an icon in the form of a silhouette of a person.
3. 3 Press the ⋮ or . On an Android device, the ⋮ button is located in the upper right corner of the screen, and on an iPhone, the button is marked with a gear icon.
4. 4 Scroll down and tap Language. If the Instagram app is in a language you don't know, the Language option is the second option in the second group of options.
5. 5 Select your preferred language. Select the "Russian" option (or "Ukrainian", "English", "Français" and so on).
6. 6 Click Change (iPhone only). On iPhone, tap Change to restart Instagram and change the language. On Android device, the language will be changed without restarting the Instagram app.
   • If Instagram opens in a language you don't know, the Edit option is on the right side of the pop-up window.
