Tips
- If you are using a very large block of clay, you can use fishing line or string to cut it.
- You can cut the clay into pieces and put them on pieces of paper. Clay can be stored in a freezer in a plastic bag.
- Good clay should be soft and sticky. You need to work with it on a glass, plastic or metal surface.
- Store uncovered clay in a sealed plastic bag. When you need to use it again, take it out of the bag and put it in the microwave.
- You can mix different colors of clay by rolling it between your fingers.
- Pieces of clay adhere well to each other.
Warnings
- If you want your impression to stand firmly and upright, flatten the bottom.
