The procedure described in this article is carried out with a simple, fast, convenient and effective YouTube Downloader program, which is compatible with Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 2000, Windows 7. It supports saving video to AVI, WMV, MOV, MP3, MP4 and many other formats ... This article assumes that you have already installed the application.

Steps

1. 1 Copy the YouTube URL of the video you want to download to the clipboard by selecting it and pressing [CTRL / C].
2. 2 Open YouTube Downloader.
3. 3 Place your cursor inside the small box that says “Enter the URL for the YouTube video... ”(Enter a YouTube URL) and press the [CTRL / V] keyset to paste the URL.
4. 4 Specify the Output format as you like (AVI, WMV, MP #, etc.) using the tiny drop-down arrow at the end of the Format window.
5. 5 Click on the “Settings” button to notify YT Downloader of the location where the downloaded video material is saved, for example, in the “Downloads” folder, and click “OK”.
6. 6 Click on the Download button.

Tips

• Choose AVI output format if you intend to upload video to Photobucket.
• For the simplest placement of downloaded videos, use the same folder (for example, Downloads) for all future downloads.
