Ali Baba is a fun game for a group of friends. Get a few people together and you're halfway there! See Step 1 to learn how to play this fun game.

Steps

1. 1 Divide the audience into two equal teams. They will be referred to as "Team A" and "Team B" in this article. Form the teams holding hands in two lines opposite each other. The two teams must look at each other from a distance of approximately 10 meters.
2. 2 Team A calls a player from another team.
3. 3 When Team A has made their choice, they shout out: "Ali Baba! On the 5th-10th, (player's name) come here!"
4. 4 The named player from "team B" must, having scattered, break through the line of the opposing team.
5. 5 If the player from "team B" fails to break through, he then becomes part of "team A". If he succeeds, he returns to his "B team".
6. 6 The game continues until two people remain in one team. As soon as one of the two hits the other team, the game is over. The team with more players wins.

Tips

• Another variation of this game (which will speed it up a lot): when a player from "team A" breaks through the line of players from "team B", he takes one person to his team, who now joins "team A".
• The more people the better.
• There are many variations of this game. For example, another common chant:

- Ali Baba!

- About what, servant ?!

- Sew on the sleeves!

- Whose sides?

- On the fifth or tenth, (player's name) come here!

Warnings

• It is best to play on a soft surface, such as a grass field, in case someone accidentally falls.
• If you are playing with small children or undersized players, be careful not to hit the neck with the opposing team's hands while running.
