Crunches are a less difficult version of the core lift, but both of these exercises are equally beneficial for the abs. Let's find out how to do them.
Steps
1 Sit down and wrap your arms around your legs. Lower your back to the floor, leave your legs in the same position.
2 Keep your hands in front of you.
3 Raise your body so that you can hug your knees.
4 Lie back down and repeat again.
Tips
- You don't have to hug your knees every time. You need this first to understand your body position.
- Stretch beyond your knees to make the exercise harder.
Warnings
- If you have had fractures or other medical conditions, this exercise can be painful.
