This article guides you all the ways to evolve Eevee in Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver. Before you get started, make sure you have Diamond, Pearl or Platinum edition, a 2DS, DSi or 3DS handheld console. You should also be in Celadon city in Kanto.
Steps
Part 1 of 8: Get 7 Eevee
Talk to Bill to get an Eevee. When you talk to Bill in Ecruteak city, he will return home to Goldenrod city and you will have to search for him again here. He'll give you an Eevee that he can't take care of. You can only get one Eevee this way.
Go to Game Corner in Celadon City. The man who looks a bit mysterious next to the Game Corner will tell you that Eevee is one of the rewards.
Buy six Eevee. If you don't have enough coins to buy 6 Eevee, you need to earn coins first. This may take some time.- You can also send Eevee into Pokémon Day Care (which takes care of Pokémon during the day) on Route 34 (route 34) with Ditto, then incubate them. A quick way to do this is to commute back from day care into the city. This can be boring, so watch TV or listen to music. The man in the day care will call you every time a new egg arrives, after which it will hatch.
Part 2 of 8: Evolve Eevee into Flareon

Save game progress before using Fire Stone. This is a very important step in case you don't like Flareon.

Part 3 of 8: Evolve Eevee into Vaporeon
Look for the Water Stone. You can get a water stone from Bill's grandfather or by exchanging it with a friend. You can also purchase the Water Stone at Pokeathlon Dome on Wednesdays.
Save the progress of the game before using the Water Stone. This is a very important step in case you don't like Vaporeon.

Part 4 of 8: Evolve Eevee into Jolteon
Look for the Thunder Stone. You can reward a thunder stone in a bug-catching contest, get one from Bill's grandfather, get it from a trainer on Route 38, or trade it with a friend. You can also purchase the Thunder Stone at Pokeathlon Dome on Wednesday, Thursday or Saturday.
Save the game progress before using Thunder Stone. This is a very important step in case you do not like Jolteon.

Part 5 of 8: Evolve Eevee into Espeon
Increase intimacy level in friendship with Eevee. After the friendship gauge and level reach a maximum for the day, Eevee will evolve into Espeon.
- You can do this by fighting Eevee on the team (without knocking him out), keeping Eevee on the team, feeding him berries and protein, as well as trimming and giving it goes to the national park (National Park).
- You can tell how happy Eevee is by talking to the woman in the city of Goldenrod. You can find this woman north of the Bike Shop and on the east side of town. If the person says: "It looks really happy! It must love you a lot" then it means Eevee is ready to level up and evolve.
- You should only interact with Eevee between 4:00 am and 8:00 pm, as outside of that time Eevee will evolve into Umbreon.
Level up Eevee between 4:00 am and 8:00 pm. After Eevee reaches a high level of friendship, you should fight Eevee to level it up at least once.
- After leveling up during the day (from 4:00 am to 8:00 pm), Eevee will evolve into Espeon.
Part 6 of 8: Evolve Eevee into Umbreon
Increase intimacy level in friendship with Eevee. After the friendship gauge and level reach a maximum during the night, Eevee will evolve into Umbreon.
- You can do this by fighting Eevee in the team (without knocking him out), keeping Eevee on the team, feeding him berries and protein, trimming it and giving it. go to the national park (National Park).
- You can tell how happy Eevee is by talking to the woman in the city of Goldenrod. You can find this woman north of the Bike Shop and east of town. If the person says: "It looks really happy! It must love you a lot" then it means Eevee is ready to level up and evolve.

- After leveling up during the night (from 8:00 pm to 4:00 am), Eevee will evolve into Umbreon.
Part 7 of 8: Evolve Eevee into Leafeon
Move Eevee in another game version to Diamond, Pearl or Platinum version.
Go to Eterna Forest in Diamond, Pearl or Platinum edition. Somewhere in the forest, you'll find a rock covered with moss. Make sure Eevee is released before continuing.
Raise a level in the lawn around the mossy rock. When Eevee is ready to fight, walk around the rock near the lawn until you meet a Pokémon you want to fight.
- After Eevee levels up, it evolves into Leafeon.
Moved Leafeon back into the HeartGold / SoulSilver version. advertisement
Part 8 of 8: Evolve Eevee into Glaceon
Transfer the last Eevee into Diamond, Pearl or Platinum version.
Go to the blizzard on Route 217 (line 217) in Diamond, Pearl or Platinum version. This place is right next to Snowpoint city.
Look for the frozen rock.
Raise it one level in the lawn around the rocks. Once Eevee is released and ready to fight, walk around the rock near the lawn until you meet a Pokémon you want to fight. After Eevee levels up, it evolves into Glaceon.
Moved Glaceon back into the HeartGold / SoulSilver version. advertisement
Advice
- Help Eevee to level 30 to make it easier to train it.
- If you have a Pokémon with "Magma Armor" (Magma Armor) or "Flame Body" (fiery body) on your team, the eggs will hatch faster.
