Pour 1 teaspoon of flour into the pan and fry until the sides are golden brown. Use a spatula to turn the cake and remove the finished cake from the pan.
Method 2 of 2: Gluten Free Pancake Flour
Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add eggs, water and oil to beat until no lumps remain.
Heat the pan under medium heat. Spray a pan with non-stick solution, spread butter or vegetable oil to prevent sticking.
Pour 1 teaspoon of flour in a pan and bake until bubbles are present. Turn the cake over with a spatula and bake it until both sides turn golden brown.
Enjoy it now. If you like, you can add maple syrup, fruit, whipped cream, walnuts or other favorite ingredients to the cake to serve.
