Today's wikiHow teaches you how to create and sign up for an official WeChat business account on a web browser.

Steps

1. 

   Open a web browser. You can use any browser, such as Chrome, Opera, Firefox or Safari.

   Visit the official account registration page (Official Account Registration) by WeChat. Type apply.wechat.com into the address bar of your browser and click ↵ Enter.

   Fill in basic personal information such as business email address, password and field into the "Basic Information" form. You will use this email address and password to log into your official business account.

   Check the box next to "I have read and agreed to the." "(I have read and agree to the WeChat usage contract) at the bottom of the Basic Information form. You must agree to the terms of service before you can sign up for an official account.
   • Ensure that you have read WeChat's terms of service before agreeing. This document contains important information regarding the rights of official account users.

   Click the button next (Continued) in green at the bottom of the Basic Information page. You will be taken to a second registration form, "Registration Info".

   Fill out basic business information on the "Registration Info" form. You need to provide a business name, phone number, contact name as well as a brief introduction about the company.

   Click Upload (Upload) is next to Company BR. You will be able to upload supporting documents to prove the legal status of your business.

   Select and upload supporting documents. It can be official certificates, company profiles, business cards or anything to aid in the registration of official business accounts.

   Fill out the business proposal in the Operation Info field. The business proposal should include the reason and manner in which your company intends to use WeChat for business purposes.

    Click Upload next to the Proposal Attachment (attached business proposal file). You will be able to upload supporting documents or attach a detailed report to your business proposal from your computer.

    Click the button next The green color is below the Proposal Attachment option. You will be taken to the third application form "Account Info".

    Enter a display name for your company next to the OA Display Name field. Corporate accounts will appear on WeChat under this name.

13. 

    Fill out your short company introduction in the OA Intro field. This information appears below the company profile.

14. 

    Enter your confirmation code. Type the verification code in the text field.
