This article will guide you on how to recover deleted photos on computer, smartphone or tablet. Remember that unless you recover the image immediately after deletion, some of the images will not be recoverable.

Method 1 of 5: Recover photos on Windows

1.

   Select your Android device's SD card by clicking on the SD card's name in the upper left corner of the window.

   Click Deleted Recovery (Recover deleted files) in the middle of the page.

   Check the "Deep Scan" option in the lower-right corner of the window. This will turn on a full scan, giving you more opportunities to recover deleted files than using the "Quick Scan" option.
   • A full scan may take several hours.
   • You can use "Quick Scan" if in a hurry, or when you have just deleted a file.

   Click Start Scan (Start Scan) in the lower-right corner of the window.

   Wait for the scan to complete. This can take anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours, so make sure your computer is connected to a power source.

    Find deleted pictures. Now you can see your recovered files as you normally would in Finder. If the deleted files are still in the folder they were before they were deleted, you can restore them.
    • If you can't find the deleted photo, recovery cannot be performed.

    Select files to restore. Click and drag over the photos you want to save, or hold down the key ⌘ Command while clicking each image.

    Click Recover (Restore) in the lower-right corner of the window.

    Follow the registration request on the screen. If it's an important photo and you need to purchase recovery software, do it on this site. After purchasing the software, you can recover the deleted files.

Advice
