This article will guide you on how to rename a YouTube channel. Remember, renaming a channel associated with a Google Account will also rename your username on all other Google products, such as Gmail. You can rename Youtube channel from both computer and mobile device.

Steps

Method 1 of 2: On the computer

1.

   • It may take a few seconds for your other channels to show up in the drop-down menu.

Advice

• Google provides you with two boxes for entering "First name" and "Last name", but you do not have to enter the "Last name" box when editing channel names.

Warning

• You will not be able to rename a channel more than 3 times every 90 days.
