This wikiHow teaches you how to find out who saw your Instagram story while using a computer. Although the "Seen" feature is no longer available on Instagram's website, you can use the Android version of Instagram on a free emulator such as BlueStacks.

To step

1. Install the latest version of BlueStacks. BlueStacks is a free Android emulator that allows you to use Instagram (and other Android compatible apps) on Windows. This is how you can install it:
   • Go to https://www.bluestacks.com in a web browser.
   • Press the button Download BlueStacks (version number).
   • click on To download top of the page.
   • Select the folder Downloads (or any other folder you want), click Save and wait for the installer to download.
   • If you are using Windows, open the folder Downloads, double-click the file that starts with "BlueStacks-Installer" and follow the on-screen instructions to install.
   • If you are using MacOS, open the folder Downloads, double-click the file with the word "BlueStacks" and end with ".dmg", click to install and follow the onscreen instructions to install.
2. Open Bluestacks. If the app didn't start automatically, here's how to open it:
   • Windows: Click the circle or magnifying glass next to the Start menu, type bluestacks then click BlueStacks App Player.
   • MacOS: Open the folder Applications and double click BlueStacks.
3. Log in to your Google account. Since this is a virtual Android tablet, you have to set this up with your Google / Gmail account as if you were setting up a real tablet. Follow the onscreen instructions to log in and set your preferences.
4. Type instagram in the search bar and click on the magnifying glass. The search field and magnifying glass are in the top right corner. Instagram will emerge as one of the results.
5. click on to install on the Instagram tile. This will open the Instagram page in the Google Play Store.
6. click on to install. It's the green button in the top right corner. When installation is complete, the "INSTALL" button will change to "OPEN".
7. Open Instagram in BlueStacks. click on TO OPEN to do this from the Play Store if you're still on that screen. Otherwise, click My apps in the top left corner of BlueStacks, then click the icon Instagram (a pink, orange, and yellow camera icon).
8. Log in to your Instagram account. click on Log in, enter your credentials, then click Sign Up. After you log in, you will see the standard mobile version of your Instagram feed.
   • If your Instagram account is connected to your Facebook account, click Log in with Facebook below the username and password fields and follow the onscreen instructions to sign in.
9. click on Your story. It's the first circle in the top left corner of the screen with your profile picture in it. Plays the first photo or video in the story.
10. Swipe up on the photo or video. If you have a touchscreen display, use your finger like on a phone or tablet. If not, click on the photo with your mouse and drag the cursor up to swipe. The usernames of people who saw this part of your story now appear in the bottom half of the screen.
    • Each photo and / or video in your story has its own viewer list. To see who watched the next bit of your story, go to the next photo or video and swipe up to view the list.
    • To use Instagram on your Mac or PC in the future, open BlueStacks, click My apps and then click Instagram.
