Wrinkles can be a problem with washing, even if you think you're doing everything right. It's a common problem, but one that can be easily fixed. You should read the instructions for your clothes before taking the steps to get rid of wrinkles in your laundry. Once you know how to care for your clothes, take steps to reduce wrinkles before washing, after washing, and after drying your clothes.

1. Put a smaller load of clothes in the washing machine. your clothes need space to move. Putting too many clothes in the washing machine is bad for your clothes for a few reasons. 4. Put a cup of vinegar in your washing machine. Use a cup of natural vinegar in your washing machine to reduce wrinkles. Pour the cup directly onto the laundry before starting the washing program. Before doing this, read your washing machine's directions for use to see if anything is said about using vinegar.
   • Apple cider vinegar can also be used, but it is much more expensive and can stain.
5. Add fabric softener to the wash load. Fabric softeners soften your clothes, add fragrance and help reduce wrinkles. Add the specified amount of fabric softener to your wash load before starting the washing machine. Fabric softeners are available in most supermarkets. If you don't want to add too many different products to your laundry, you can buy a detergent with fabric softener.
   • You can also make your own fabric softener from ingredients such as essential oils, vinegar, salt, and hair softener.
6. Spray your clothes with water. If you can't put the clothes in the dryer or don't have time, spray the clothes with water. Lightly spray the clothes with a water bottle. Then smooth the garment with your hands until the wrinkles are gone.
   • You can also buy anti-crease sprays to use on your clothes instead of water. You can buy anti-crease sprays from famous brands like Downy, or make your own with a cup of distilled water and a cup of vinegar.
