This wikiHow teaches you how to turn off caller ID on your Android phone so that your phone number doesn't appear on others' screens.
To step
Open the settings of your Android. This is the gear symbol 
Scroll down and tap Call settings. You can find this under the heading “Device”. 
Tap on Voice call.
Tap on Additional settings.
Tap on Caller ID. A pop-up window will appear. 
Tap on Hide number. Your phone number is now hidden by caller ID when you call someone.
