In this article, we'll show you how to contact Netflix by phone or online.

Method 1 of 3: By phone

1. If you are already a subscriber, dial the following number:0800-022-9859. Even more convenient is to log in to your account, scroll to the bottom of the page, click "Help Center" and then click "Call Us". You will be told a service number and an estimate of the waiting time.
2. Call the following number if you are not yet a subscriber:0800-022-9647.

Method 2 of 3: From the mobile app

1. Open the Netflix app. You can recognize the app by a black icon with a red one N..
   • Sign up if you are not logged in yet.
2. Tap on ☰ in the top left corner.
3. Tap on Call Help Center at the bottom of the menu.
4. Tap on Call us. You will now be connected to a customer service representative.
   • You can also tap "Go to the Help Center website" to learn more about support or to learn more about Netflix.

Method 3 of 3: About Live chat

1. Go to https://www.netflix.com/en/ in a web browser.
   • If you are a subscriber and you are not automatically signed in, click "Sign Up" and then enter your email address and password.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
3. click on Contact.
4. Scroll down and click Start live chat. A dialog box will now open with a list of common problems.
5. click on Tell us what your problem is at the bottom of the dialog box.
6. Enter why you want to contact Netflix.
7. click on To send. You will now be connected to a customer service representative.
