Zoosk is a popular dating site, but what if you don't need it anymore? Deleting a Zoosk account is not an easy task, on the site itself you can only deactivate it. After deactivation, you must deny access to your Facebook profile and contact the Zoosk administration for permanent removal.

Steps

Method 1 of 3: Disconnecting an Account

1. 1 Sign in to your Zoosk account. To deactivate, you must log in with your name. You cannot permanently delete your profile on the Zoosk website. First you need to deactivate your account and then contact support.
2. 2 Delete or change all information in your profile. Since you can only deactivate your account, it is recommended that you change all your information so that it does not point to you in any way. This will help protect your personal information. Remove name, place of residence, photo, and other personal information.
3. 3 Go to settings. There is a gear icon in the drop-down menu at the top right of the page - it opens the settings page.
4. 4 In personal settings, click "Account". Select "Edit" to the right of your account status. Click Disable. A page will appear asking you to stay. Confirm disconnection.
5. 5 Choose a reason. Zoosk will ask about the reason for the disconnection of the account. Select any from the dropdown list. You do not have to explain the reason in detail.

Method 2 of 3: Disable Facebook Access

1. 1 Go to Facebook. If you've linked your Zoosk profile to Facebook, you'll need to revoke Zoosk's permission to access your profile to avoid cluttering your feed. Go to your Facebook profile.
2. 2 Go to settings. In the upper right corner of the page there is a drop-down menu, go through it to the settings.
3. 3 Open the Applications tab from the menu on the left. A list of all web applications that have access to your Facebook profile will appear.
4. 4 Delete Zoosk. Find Zoosk in the list and click the "X" to the right of this entry. You will be asked to confirm the deletion. If you want to delete all information about Zoosk activities in your profile, check the corresponding box and click "Delete".

Method 3 of 3: Permanent removal

1. 1 Open the Zoosk support page. You can email them a request for deletion. There is no guarantee that Zoosk will delete the account; try to be persistent, it doesn't hurt.

2. 2 Click the "Email Zoosk Customer Support" button. A contact form will open in which you can leave a message for the support service. Politely ask to permanently delete your account, note that you do not intend to restore it in the future. Do not forget to write that you have already disabled the profile.
   • Select "Technical Support" or "Billing" as the subject of your message
3. 3 Call Zoosk. If you have not received a response within a few days, find the phone number on the support page (by the link "contact Zoosk" on the right). When you call, ask to connect you with someone who can help you permanently delete your account. Keep calm and be polite.
   • Repeat until someone confirms that your profile has been permanently deleted.

Warnings

• Your profile will now be invisible.
• Members will no longer be able to reply to your previous flirts.
• You will not be refunded the money spent.
• You will lose all your Zoosk friends.
• You will no longer be able to use your Zoosk coins.
