This method works great on fresh stains that have not been washed.

Steps

1. 1 Spray hairspray directly onto the stain before washing (hold the can 5 cm away from the stain).
2. 2 Grasp the fabric with both hands and gently rub against yourself to help the hairspray penetrate deeper.
3. 3 Wash as usual..
4. 4 If stain marks are still visible after washing, do not put the item in the dryer. Allow to air dry and repeat steps 1-3.

Tips

• Alcohol works well too. Soak a piece of cotton wool in regular 70% isopropyl alcohol and apply to the stain.
• Liquid hairspray won't work. It must be in an aerosol can.
