How to create a good, fast, stress-free pre-school routine. You will leave the house every day feeling great!

Steps

  1. 1 Do as much as possible in the evening before: Do your homework, pack your backpack so you don't have to do it in the morning. Think: What subjects / lessons will you have in the morning, do you have an assignment to take, or what extracurricular activities?
  2. 2 Set aside an hour in the morning for yourself to fully collect yourself. Wake up at the same time every day.
  3. 3 Make the bed.
  4. 4 Refresh yourself with a wash.
  5. 5 Get dressed - it will be easier for you if you lay out your clothes the night before, since in the morning you will not need to run trying to find the right outfit.
  6. 6 Eat a healthy breakfast. A healthy breakfast can include eggs, fruit, whole grain cereal, or toast. Eat something to help you feel full until lunchtime.
  7. 7 Brush your teeth and wash your face. Apply a moisturizer, maybe a little concealer for redness, and a little powder to keep makeup on your face throughout the day, and one coat of mascara if needed.
  8. 8 Get your hair neat.
  9. 9 Check again everything you need and you are ready!

Tips

  • If you have any time left, don't go to bed! Do something productive. For example: read, study, listen to music, if you have younger brothers or sisters, help them get ready or / and watch TV!
  • Try to go to bed at the same time to create a routine. Try to get at least 8, if not 9, hours of sleep per night.
  • Set an alarm on the other side of the room so you have to get up to turn it off.
  • Don't leave home without having breakfast - this is the most important meal of the day. If you're short on time, grab a piece of fruit, some yogurt, a cereal bar, or a small whole grain toast and eat it on your way to school.
