1 Gather the required materials. Most often, wire is used to make clips. You can buy different types of wire from a hardware store or hardware store. Choose a wire of a suitable color that is easy to bend. You will also need a pencil and pliers.

2 Use pliers to cut the required pieces of wire. You will start finishing later, but now you need to make blanks 5-7 cm long. Bend the wire around the pencil. This will give you the arc you want. 4 Bend the edges of the wire backwards. You want the sharp edges of the wire to bend outward of the main arc. Make two small loops on either side of the clip. Now it will not tingle or irritate the mucous membrane inside the nose.

• Then use your fingers to bend and fold the wire as needed to create an even semicircle that fits your size. It can take a lot of time and effort at this stage to get a neat semicircle, so don't be discouraged if you don't manage to get the shape you want at first.

Method 2 of 4: Using Earring Parts

1. 1 Gather the required materials. If you can't find a suitable wire, you can also use earring hooks. They are inexpensive and commercially available. You also need pliers.
   • You can also make fake piercings with barbell earrings. It is logical that instead of hooks, you need two barbells for this.
2. 2 Use earring hooks. The earring hook should have an inwardly curved end that forms a loop. Use a pair of pliers to fold the folded edge into a loop, roughly matching the other end.
   • Shape the hook into a semicircle. Use your fingers to gently bend the hook into a semicircle shape. Then press the edges together so that they are close enough to fit the nose.
3. 3 Bend the stud earring to make the barbell. Barbell nose earrings usually have large lugs on both sides, rather than bent edges. You can take a barbell earring and bend it in an arc with pliers. This will give you a fun clip-on barbell.
   • Barbells are much more difficult to work with.It will take you a lot of time and effort to give it the right shape.

Method 3 of 4: Using paper clips

1. 1 Gather the required materials. You can also make a fake nose earring out of a paper clip. A paper clip is usually easier to work with than wire or hooks. Again, you can't do without a pencil and pliers. So, stock up on a paper clip, pencil and pliers.
2. 2 Bend the paperclip into a clip. First you need to straighten it. Then fold the paperclip around the pencil to form a loop.
   • Cut the edges of the paperclip to the same length and create a small loop about the size of the clips in the membrane of the nose. Use your fingers to shape it into a semicircle so that it fits well in your nose.
3. 3 Use colored paper clips. You can buy paper clips in a variety of colors from your office supply store. Therefore, colored clips can be made from them. The downside of colored paper clips is that they are often painted with cheap paint, which quickly begins to peel off. If you decide to wear colored clips, then you may need to make new ones more often than usual.

Method 4 of 4: Precautions

1. 1 Absolute cleanliness. All materials used to make the clips must be clean. Such a deceiving earring is worn in the nose, so dirty clips can cause infection. Wash pliers, wires, paper clips, and other materials with clean water and a germicidal soap before use.
2. 2 Make sure to make straight cuts. Use pliers to cut the wire sharply and evenly. Jagged edges are not good for you, as they can injure your skin.
   • If you do end up with sharp edges, sand them to a smooth finish.
3. 3 Consider the possibility of allergic reactions. Do not use materials for the clips to which you may be allergic. If you find redness or burning sensation, you are almost certainly allergic.
   • In case of an allergic reaction, apply an antibacterial cream. See your doctor to learn how to treat the infection. Do not use clips that lead to such consequences. Try making a clip out of a different material.
4. 4 Try on the clip to adjust the size. When using the above methods, first wear the clip at home and only then go outside with it. You may need to adjust the clip size.
   • The clip is worn on the hedgehog between the nostrils. Put it on properly and walk around the house a little with it.
   • If it falls off or dangles too loosely, use pliers or your fingers to bend it more. Conversely, if it cuts heavily into the membrane, then you can straighten it a little or make a larger loop.
