This article shows you how to rotate a video horizontally or vertically. You can rotate videos by downloading and using Movie Maker on Windows PCs, QuickTime on Mac, and free apps on iPhones and Android phones.

Steps

Method 1 of 4: Rotate videos on Windows

1. 

   . Click the magnifying glass icon in the top-right corner of the Mac screen to open the search bar.

5. Type rotate & flip video
6. Choose Search (Search)
7. Choose GET (Get) title right "Rotate & Flip Video".
8. Enter Touch ID, or enter your Apple ID email address and select Install (Setting).

12. Choose Rotate Video FX in the search results
13. Choose INSTALL (Setting)
14. Choose ACCEPT (Accept)

    Open Rotate Video FX by touching OPEN in the Google Play Store, or tap the Rotate Video FX app icon.

    Choose START ROTATE (Start Rotation) on the right side of the screen.

    Touch Choose movie (Video selection) when asked to open the Android camera roll.

    Select video. Touch the video you want to rotate.

    Exit the ad if needed. After choosing the video, you probably have to choose X or CLOSE (Close) on the ad before continuing.

    Video rotation. Select one of the arrows in the lower left or lower right corner of the screen to rotate the video left or right 90 degrees.
    • If you want to rotate the video 180 degrees, just double tap the arrow.

    Choose START (Start) is at the bottom of the screen.

    Choose a conversion speed. Touch Fast method (Fast speed) to rotate the video quickly, or select Normal method (Normal speed) to ensure that the video shows in the rotated direction on all supported video players.
