Method 1 of 5: Baking soda and bleach

1.

   • 1 teaspoon of soap solution
   • 1 cup baking soda
   • Few drops of essential oil (orange (tangerine) essential oil, rosemary, lavender, mint or eucalyptus, etc.)

Method 2 of 5: Vinegar

1. 

   Gently add white vinegar to a spray bottle without diluting it. Vinegar is mildly acidic, making it easy to remove mold after spraying on moldy surfaces. You should not dilute the vinegar when you put it in a spray bottle. Pure vinegar and undiluted with water will help to remove mold more effectively.

   Spray the vinegar on the moldy surface and wait for 1 hour. If possible, let the bathroom air while you wait.

   After 1 hour, rinse the mold area with hot water and dry with a towel. Wet surfaces often encourage mold to multiply, so make sure to wipe the entire mold area clean. The smell should disappear after you wipe off the vinegar.

Method 3 of 5: Borax (borax)

   Mix 1 cup of Borax powder with 3.8 liters of water. Borax is a natural cleaning agent as well as an insecticide. Borax is famous for being cheap, readily available and quite efficient. You can find Borax on grocery store shelves.

   Vacuum mold with a vacuum cleaner with a HEPA filter before cleaning the mold. This will help reduce the spread of mold spores around and increase the effectiveness of completely removing the mold.

• Clean the bathroom with vinegar regularly to prevent mold from re-growing.
